  • All ready-made idols are processed and shipped within 3–5 working days.

  • Custom or bulk orders may take 7–10 working days depending on design and size requirements. Delivery estimates will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS. You can use this ID to track your shipment on the respective courier website.

  • All idols are securely packed using eco-friendly, recyclable materials with adequate cushioning to ensure safe transit.

  • Fragile items are labeled and handled with special care.
